How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent tree removal provider in our network. Midnightwere Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider answers your questions, looks at the job and gives you a quote. The provider is a separate business, and the work is theirs.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few simple questions. Have these answers ready:
- Where is the tree, and how close is it to the house, fence or wires?
- Is it standing, leaning or on the ground?
- Did a storm, dry spell or pest problem come first?
- Is anyone or anything in danger right now?
Photos from a safe distance can help. Safe distance first. Do not stand under a cracked limb to get a better shot.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions make the job clearer. Try these:
- Can I get the quote in writing?
- Does the quote include cleanup and hauling?
- Is stump grinding included, or priced apart?
- What insurance do you carry for this work?
- How will you protect my roof, lawn and fence?
- What could change the price on the day?
Tree removal costs vary a lot by size, access and risk. A written quote helps you compare fairly.
What Not to Do
- Do not pay in full before work starts.
- Do not let anyone start without a clear scope.
- Do not touch trees tangled in power lines.
- Do not feel rushed into a deal you do not understand.
You Are in Control
You can ask questions, say no, or get a second quote. There is no obligation to hire the provider you speak with. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies.
